Terms And Conditions

- Pick-up date and time: 22 November to 31 December 2024, from 11am to 8 pm
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the pick-up date
- After the order is confirmed, hotel staff will contact you to verify the information
- The pick-up location, date, and time cannot be changed once confirmed
- Orders are not eligible for dine-in
- Not redeemable for cash or to be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers
- Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded
- The order cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, gift certificates, or discounts
- Orders will be scanned during redemption, and unused orders will not be refunded
- If the order is lost or damaged, it will not be reissued
- If the supply situation changes, the company reserves the right to substitute gifts, baskets, or packaging materials of equal value
- In the event of any dispute, Marco Polo Hotels - Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision
